This update adds Live Reads, Proof of Play and Billing tools, expands Traffic campaign planning, and improves everyday operation across TeoCast Main and Workstation.

New features

• Live Reads
  Manage campaign-linked scripts for time checks, sponsor reads, live DJ ads and live programs or blocktime. Set active dates, selected weekdays and daily read targets. Use Mark as Read to confirm each read and track daily progress, or Start Program and End Program for live programs. Live deliveries appear in Proof of Play as DJ-confirmed entries, distinct from automatic audio playback records.
• Proof of Play reports
  Review and reconcile campaign airings against actual playback. Filter by advertiser and date, then preview, print or save PDF reports showing confirmed airings and their actual start times.
• Campaign billing and invoices
  Create invoices from eligible, unbilled airings by campaign, currency and billing period. Record full or partial payments, reverse payments when needed, and preview, print or save invoices as PDF.
• Recurring Traffic Campaigns
  Plan airings by selected weekdays, broadcast windows, Traffic breaks, play targets and placement preferences. Preview dated placements and warnings before applying the plan.
• Advert sectors and separation
  Assign sectors to campaigns to prevent same-sector bookings within the same dated Traffic break. Matches in neighboring breaks are flagged for review.

Improvements and bug fixes

• Clearer interface and Playlist Queue
  Refined readability, buttons, colors and visual indicators across Main and Workstation. NEXT is easier to identify, while non-Music items retain their category colors. RAMP appears beside the duration when valid ramp information is available.
• Expanded Library information
  Adjustable columns and horizontal scrolling make Genre, Mood, BPM, Gender, Regional Content and Year easier to review. Workstation’s ALL view shows source-library names in their matching folder colors.
• Regional Content management
  Assign Regional Content through Bulk Edit, and manage custom regions in Workstation Settings.
• More flexible Clock tools
  Assign an active Music Rule Group to each Clock and use Sequential, Exact Time or Flexible Window timing for Clock items. Copy, paste and duplicate rows, with keyboard shortcuts and EST. PLAY estimates to help review expected timing.
• Flexible Music Separation
  Configure Artist, Title and Category separation in Songs, Minutes or Hours.
• Improved Voice Track Remote editing
  Refined playback navigation, seeking, horizontal scrolling, zoom and reset controls. Timeline labels adapt from minutes to finer intervals as you zoom.
• Sweeper transitions and ducking
  Improved placement, deck displays and seeking, with adjustable music ducking for Sweep Start and Sweep Intro when enabled.
• Smoother operator and sign-in workflow
  Main starts without a login-choice popup, while Control Panel sign-in remains available. Workstation sign-in opens independently so Main stays usable.
• Additional bug fixes
  Includes fixes and usability refinements across Main and Workstation.

Version 1.0.4 introduces a redesigned TeoCast Automation on-air interface and transforms the former simple TeoCast Scheduler into TeoCast Workstation—a more complete programming workspace connected to TeoCast Main.

New Features

• Redesigned Dual-Deck Player
  Deck A and Deck B now have separate track information, waveforms, timing displays, and transport controls.
• TeoCast Workstation (Beta)
  The former Scheduler has been redesigned with tools for libraries, clocks, rules, traffic, schedules, playlist generation, Program Logs, Voice Tracks, and reports. Workstation connects to TeoCast Main; it is not a standalone on-air player.
• Automatic LAN Discovery and Pairing
  A Workstation on another computer searches for Main on the same private network. On the first connection, compare the verification codes shown on both computers and approve the request on Main. A Workstation installed on the same computer does not need pairing.
• Remote Programming and Program Logs
  Plan schedules and generate playlists using Main’s data and rules. Review, validate, save, arm, and deliver Program Logs from the Workstation.
• Remote Audio and Voice Track Tools
  Preview audio from Main and prepare Voice Tracks on the Workstation. Late Voice Track insertion is limited to items that are still waiting—not items already on air or played.
• One Installer, Three Setup Choices
  Choose TeoCast Automation, TeoCast Workstation, or TeoCast Automation + Workstation during installation.

Improvements

• Deck keyboard shortcuts: F1–F4 control Deck A; F5–F8 control Deck B. Eject remains button-only.
• Clearer waveform progress: played audio is blue on Deck A and purple on Deck B; the unplayed portion is dark gray on both.
• Simpler connection screens: no manual IP address, port, or certificate entry is needed for normal Workstation setup.
• Clearer access control: Main approves pairing, and each Workstation user still signs in with a TeoCast Main account. One remote Workstation can be paired at a time.

Version 1.0.3 adds flexible external scheduling, better track preparation tools, and workflow improvements for broadcasters.

  Supports StationPlaylist hourly M3U schedule folders.
  Supports Powergold-style daily playlists with hourly markers.
  Compatible audio files stay in their original folders—nothing needs to be copied into the TeoCast library.
• Ramp Time Countdown
  Displays the remaining ramp time on the On-Air display when a track has no Voice In point.
• Local Track Labels & Notes
  Add labels such as Radio Edit, Clean, Gold, Recurrent, Explicit, and more.
  Store local notes per track without sending them to stream metadata.

• Improved Promo identification in the playlist
• General UI spacing, consistency, and usability improvements
• Additional stability improvements for automation and playlist handling

External Schedule Note

External schedule support is designed for compatible StationPlaylist and Powergold exports. TeoCast reads the schedule order and original file paths while keeping your existing media folders untouched.

TeoCast Automation v1.0.2 is the official Launch Edition for Windows radio automation.

Before installing

Download the official installer from your TeoCast account, then generate and import the license package for the Passcode ID shown in TeoCast.
