§

Agreement to these Terms

By accessing this website, creating an account, placing an order, downloading TeoCast Automation, or checking the Terms agreement box at checkout, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. The separate Software License Agreement controls the permitted installation and use of the software.

1. About these Terms

For these Terms, “TeoCast,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the owner and operator of the TeoCast Automation website, software, documentation, downloads, licensing services, and customer support.

“Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to the person or organization that visits the website, creates an account, places an order, receives a license, or uses TeoCast Automation.

These Terms apply to transactions made through the official TeoCast website. Additional terms displayed on the product page, checkout, order confirmation, license file, or Software License Agreement form part of the agreement where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits a mandatory consumer right or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. When purchasing for a station, company, organization, or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that customer.

You are responsible for confirming that the purchase and use of TeoCast are permitted in your location and comply with laws, broadcasting requirements, music licensing obligations, and other rules applicable to your operation.

3. Customer accounts

A customer account may be created during checkout to provide access to orders, downloads, license information, and customer services.

  • Provide accurate and current account and billing information.
  • Keep your password and account access confidential.
  • Do not share an account in a way that allows unauthorized license use.
  • Notify TeoCast Support promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity resulted from a security failure directly controlled by TeoCast.

4. Product information and system requirements

We aim to describe TeoCast Automation accurately. Product screenshots, demonstrations, documentation, and feature descriptions may be updated as the software evolves.

Before purchasing, you must review the current product description, demo availability, supported Windows versions, hardware requirements, audio-device requirements, streaming compatibility, and any stated limitations.

TeoCast does not guarantee compatibility with every computer, audio device, driver, streaming host, virtual machine, security product, or third-party service.

5. Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, TeoCast Automation is sold as a one-time digital software purchase rather than a recurring subscription.

Currency conversion, card charges, bank fees, taxes, or other payment-provider charges may be applied by the customer’s bank, payment provider, or applicable authority.

An order is accepted only after payment is successfully authorized and the order is confirmed. We may refuse, cancel, hold, or investigate an order where there is suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing error, unauthorized resale, sanctions concern, or another legitimate reason.

If TeoCast cancels a paid order before valid digital delivery, the amount collected for that order will be returned through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing.

6. Digital delivery

TeoCast is delivered digitally. After successful payment, delivery may include an order-confirmation page, customer account access, download permission, email delivery, a license file, or activation instructions.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address, checking spam or junk folders, protecting downloaded files, and maintaining backups permitted under the Software License Agreement.

Download availability does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, trademarks, website content, or any intellectual-property rights.

7. Software license

A TeoCast purchase grants a limited right to use the software under the separate Software License Agreement. The exact edition, customer, license type, permitted installation, activation, and other license details are determined by the product purchased and the license issued.

  • Do not sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer a license without written authorization.
  • Do not share or publish the installer, license file, activation data, or protected software components.
  • Do not remove ownership notices or misrepresent TeoCast as your own product.
  • Do not bypass, disable, tamper with, or defeat licensing or security controls.
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, crack, or create unauthorized derivative versions except where a non-waivable law expressly permits it.
  • Do not use one license beyond the scope granted for that purchase.

A refund, chargeback, payment reversal, fraud determination, or material license violation may terminate the associated software license and access to downloads, updates, activation services, and support.

The full permitted-use rules will be stated in the separate Software License Agreement, which forms part of the TeoCast purchase agreement.

8. Refunds, payment reversals, and chargebacks

Refund eligibility, request procedures, technical-review requirements, processing time, and the effect of an approved refund are described in the TeoCast Refund Policy.

Customers are encouraged to contact TeoCast Support before filing a chargeback or payment dispute so that duplicate-payment, delivery, or technical concerns can be investigated.

A refund or payment reversal may terminate the corresponding license. Continued use of the refunded software after termination is not authorized.

9. Support, maintenance, and updates

Support may include installation guidance, documentation, reasonable troubleshooting, and assistance with confirmed TeoCast issues. Support does not include managing the customer’s station, computer, network, music rights, third-party server, or unrelated hardware and software.

Updates may modify, improve, replace, add, or remove features where reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, maintenance, legal compliance, or continued development.

Unless a specific update period or lifetime entitlement is expressly stated on the product page, order, or license, no future version, upgrade, feature, integration, or support duration is guaranteed.

10. Third-party products and services

TeoCast may interact with services or products not controlled by us, including Windows, payment processors, email providers, audio devices, drivers, codecs, streaming hosts, Icecast, SHOUTcast, internet service providers, security software, and web browsers.

Third-party services are subject to their own terms, availability, pricing, limits, privacy practices, and technical performance. TeoCast is not responsible for a third party’s outage, delay, policy change, data loss, suspension, incompatibility, or service quality.

11. Prohibited website and account conduct

  • Using the website, downloads, or accounts for fraud or unlawful activity.
  • Submitting false billing, identity, dispute, or support information.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, servers, files, licenses, or administrative systems.
  • Uploading malware, disrupting the website, or bypassing security controls.
  • Scraping, copying, or republishing protected website content for commercial use without permission.
  • Abusing support, threatening staff, or repeatedly submitting knowingly false claims.
  • Purchasing for unauthorized resale, redistribution, cracking, or license sharing.

12. Intellectual property

TeoCast Automation, its source code, executable files, interfaces, graphics, branding, documentation, website design, text, logos, and related materials are owned by or licensed to TeoCast and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No right, title, or ownership is transferred except for the limited software-use rights expressly granted by the Software License Agreement.

Feedback or suggestions may be used to improve TeoCast without creating an obligation to compensate the person who provided them, provided that we do not claim ownership of the customer’s confidential materials.

13. Website and service availability

We aim to keep the website, downloads, customer portal, email delivery, support, and licensing services available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Access may be temporarily limited for maintenance, security, infrastructure failure, provider outage, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Customers should securely retain their order information, installer, license materials, settings, and permitted backups rather than relying exclusively on indefinite website download availability.

14. Warranties and disclaimers

TeoCast will provide the software substantially as described and will make reasonable efforts to address confirmed defects. However, software may contain errors and may be affected by the customer’s computer, drivers, settings, network, content, third-party products, or operating environment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeoCast is provided without guarantees that it will satisfy every workflow, generate uninterrupted broadcasts, work with every third-party system, or prevent every loss, outage, configuration error, or equipment failure.

These disclaimers do not exclude any warranty, repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy that applicable law requires.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TeoCast will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including loss of revenue, advertising, listeners, data, programming, reputation, expected savings, or business opportunity.

The customer is responsible for station supervision, audio monitoring, backups, emergency playback procedures, legal broadcasting rights, content decisions, server selection, internet reliability, and compliance with applicable laws and contracts.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, TeoCast’s total aggregate liability relating to a specific purchase will be limited to the amount paid for that purchase, unless applicable law requires a different remedy or limit.

16. Suspension and termination

TeoCast may suspend or terminate website access, customer accounts, downloads, activation services, support, or licenses where reasonably necessary because of fraud, payment reversal, security risk, unlawful activity, material breach, unauthorized sharing, resale, tampering, or abuse.

When reasonably possible, the customer will be informed of the reason and given an opportunity to correct a curable breach. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect customers, systems, intellectual property, payment integrity, or legal compliance.

Provisions concerning payment, intellectual property, prohibited use, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and obligations following license termination continue to apply after termination.

17. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s jurisdiction.

Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should make a reasonable effort to resolve the concern through TeoCast Support and provide relevant order, payment, delivery, license, and technical information.

A customer may also use any consumer complaint, payment-provider dispute, regulatory, court, or alternative dispute-resolution process available under applicable law.

18. Changes to these Terms

TeoCast may update these Terms to reflect product changes, security requirements, payment procedures, legal obligations, or business operations. The revised date will be shown at the top of this page.

Changes apply prospectively from publication unless a different date is stated or applicable law requires otherwise. Material changes affecting an existing paid license will not remove rights already granted for that purchase without a valid legal or contractual basis.
